Indian Servo Controls uses first-party analytics to understand how visitors use this website and to improve product enquiries and customer support.

Information we collect with your choice

If you accept analytics, we record the pages you visit, approximate engagement time, scroll milestones, safe button/link interactions, device category, browser, referrer and enquiry-form status. We do not copy mobile numbers, requirement details or other form-field values into analytics.

Visitor recognition and location

We use a random first-party visitor identifier to recognize repeat visits. We do not store raw IP addresses in our analytics database. Where a server-side location service is available, it may provide an approximate city and country.

Google sign-in

Google sign-in is optional and appears only when you choose to use it. If you choose it, we may associate the Google account email and a secure account identifier with your enquiry to help our team recognize and respond to it. Google sign-in is not automatic.

How long we keep analytics data

Event-level analytics data is retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required to investigate misuse or meet a legal obligation.

Your choices

You can reject analytics in the consent banner. You may also clear this website's local storage in your browser to reset the random visitor identifier. To ask about or request deletion of personal information, contact us using the website's contact options.

We may update this notice when our website or data practices change.
